    刘凯,重庆大学“百人计划”特聘研究院,博士生导师,重庆市高层次引进人才。2011年8月获得香港城市大学计算机科学博士学位。曾为美国弗吉尼亚大学访问学者、香港城市大学高级研究助理及博士后、新加坡南洋理工大学博士后、以及香港浸会大学博士后。

    主要研究方向包括车联网、移动计算、普适计算、大数据、物联网等。目前以项目负责人身份承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国际合作项目4项,中央高校基金重点项目1项,国家电网项目1项,重庆市科技计划项目1项。同时主要参与了包括科技部863项目、香港研究资助局面上项目、重庆市重点项目等多项基础科研与应用开发项目。目前已发表学术论文50余篇。包括SCI检索期刊论文30余篇。其中根据汤森路透 (Thomson Reuters) Journal Citation Reports (JCR) 排名,22SCI期刊文章为相关领域一区包括IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking (ToN), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (TITS), IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT), Information Sciences等。曾担任多个国际会议程序委员会委员ACM SAC,  IEEE UIC,  IEEE RTCSA,  IEEE HPCC等,并荣获2016 RTCSA国际会议杰出贡献奖;同时担任十余国际权威期刊评审,包括IEEE JSAC, IEEE TII, IEEE TVT, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC等。
